Where We Deliver

We currently offer free standard shipping to United States addresses accepted at checkout. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from the date you place your order for standard delivery. Orders ship directly from our production partner rather than passing through an additional retail warehouse.

This window includes processing and transit time and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier disruption, severe weather, holidays, customs checks, or an incorrect address can cause delays. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking

We will email a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. It can take several business days for a newly issued tracking number to show its first carrier scan. If you have not received tracking, check your spam folder and then contact us with your order number.

Address Changes

Check your address carefully at checkout. If something is wrong, email us as soon as possible. We will update it when we can, but an address cannot be changed after dispatch and rerouting is not always available. Extra delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If the estimated 4–6 week window has passed, tracking has stopped updating for at least 7 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number. For damage, include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and, when a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged, arrange a replacement or refund.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, first check the delivery location, household members, and nearby neighbours. Then contact us promptly so we can open a carrier investigation.
